  • What is the closest T station to the Westin Copley location?

    • Green Line at Copley Station. Walk down Dartmouth Street in front of the Boston Public Library toward the Westin Hotel. Go up the escalator and walk straight down the corridor, past Eyes Over Copley. We are on the right. 
    • Orange Line at Back Bay Station. Walk to front of station, cross Dartmouth Street and enter the Copley Mall next to the Neiman Marcus. Go up the escalator, turn right at the top and follow the corridor across the glass bridge. We are on the left after the glass bridge.

  • What is the closest T station to the Newbury Street location?

    Green Line Copley Station. Walk down Dartmouth Street toward Newbury Street, then turn left. Proceed to 164 on left side of Newbury Street.


  • Why is a deposit required to book an appointment?

    Deposits are required to secure your appointment and prevent last-minute cancellations. They’re applied toward your service, so you only pay the remaining balance at your appointment.


  • Is there parking avalible?

    Yes, there is Valet parking given at a discounted rate for all clients that are receiving services at The Westin. Ask for a validation card after your service.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    • Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged the greater of $55 or the amount of the deposit.
    • The cancellation fee applies to no shows. If you are more than 10 minutes late it is considered a no show.

  • What happens if my nails have chipped less than 3 days after my nail service?

    We offer a complimentary nail fix policy within a 3-day grace period following your service. After this period, a nail repair appointment will need to be booked. Please note, refunds are not provided once services have been completed.
